Living in Paradise

OK the time has come to roll this blog out! Today it's a gorgeous day in Santa Cruz and I have nothing but play on my mind. I will head out to the Spa for a long work out, swim and yoga. Then it's off to New Leaf for beets; got a new Beet Salad recipe I'm going to fire off tonight. I will post recipes in the future so hang on.

Now for all of my pals, get some exercise will you!
